• H.C.C Women's Council :
Meetings are held twice a year. Mrs. Monica S. David is President of women's council. Rev.Annie Bhosale continues to be valuable link between the All India Women Council as local Secretary. There are 1050 members in the HCC women's council.
• Sunday School in Hindustani Covenant Church :
Every congregation within HCC has its own Sunday school for growing children. There are 1500 children attending Sunday school every Sunday.
• Covenant Youth Fellowship :
The president of the HCC youth Council is Rev. Uday David. The youth council works under the HCC and executive committee. It has a separate body, which works under the executive committee. The fellowship has its own youth committee. The HCC youth elects the president at the AGM. There are 1760 members and around 95 youth leaders (i e; one male and one female) HCC youths are engaged in the Church work and in the youth exchange program.
• The Level of CYF Organization :
There are two levels of the C.Y.F organization: The Local Church C.Y.F and The Central C.Y.F.
• Weekly Bible Study :
Believers meet every week to study the Word Of God in various congregations.
• Cottage Prayer Meetings :
Every congregation has Cottage Prayer Meetings twice in a week.
B. LITERATURE WORK :
• Book Shop and Sub Depot
HCC has bookshops in Pune, Mumbai, Solapur, Aurangabad And Gulbarga. It is managed by the Literature Committee.
• Reading Room
Reading Rooms provide free access to Christian literatures and news bulletins to people in the above mentioned locations.
C. EDUCATIONAL WORK (FROM 1940 TO 2007) :
Since the beginning HCC with the support from the Mission Covenant Church of Sweden has been able to help thousands of under privileged, deserving and financially backward children in availing various educational facilities by providing them support towards school and college education.
By the untiring efforts of HCC today thousands of children have been able to receive education and to secure good jobs. Today few of them are doctors, advocates, engineers, teachers and nurses. They have managed to get good jobs in India and abroad, which makes HCC feel proud for this valuable support extended towards these poor and deserving children.
D. IN QUEST OF ATTAINING ITS MISSION AND MOVE FORWARD TOWARDS ITS VISION HCC HAS IDENTIFIED THE FOLLOWING AREAS FOR INTERVENTION :
• Evangelism :
Spreading God's word is the driving force for the work of HCC. It has been pursing this mandate since its inception.
• Church Development :
Pastors are the pivots of church development work. For the development of the church, HCC gives priority for spiritual nurturing of children, youth, women and men. Utmost attention is given upon the Discipleship of the new believers. The HCC carries out various activities to strengthen Church development efforts.
• Peace and Reconciliation :
The need for peace and reconciliation initiatives in the church, among the minorities and in the communities is paramount in the current context. The HCC is committed to address this specific need of the society. It facilitates this process through interventions like facilitating inter religious dialogue and formation of peace committees in its programme areas and networking with others for sharing and collective action.
